Product Detail

15CrMo plate is a low-alloy heat-resistant steel recognized for its strength and heat resistance. It performs reliably at temperatures up to 500-550°C, with solid mechanical properties and resistance to oxidation. This makes it easy to machine and shape, though some care is needed during welding. 

Typically, it’s used for seamless pipes and plates in high-temperature settings, including main steam pipes and boiler tubes in power plants. After proper heat treatment, it’s also suitable for producing key machine parts that operate at standard temperatures.

*Hardness: Values in the table refer to Brinell hardness (HB10/3000) in the annealed or high-temperature tempered state.

*Recommended Heat Treatment: Quenching at 900°C (air cooling); tempering at 650°C (air cooling).

As per mass production, the lead time is 5-20 days after:

1) we have received your deposit; 2) we have received your final confirmation on your orders.
