Product Detail

40Cr steel plate is a practical choice in alloy structural steel, known for its chromium content that enhances wear resistance and durability. Compared to lower-carbon grades in its series, 40Cr provides higher strength, making it suitable for gears, shafts, and other medium-strength components. Heat treatment further improves its hardness and impact resistance, meeting the needs of high-strength, wear-resistant parts.

40Cr also offers a good balance of toughness and machinability, making it practical for complex precision parts. Typically treated with quenching and tempering, it achieves a well-rounded performance that withstands considerable pressure and wear, though it is less suited for extreme temperatures or corrosive environments.

If you’re looking for a material that combines strength with economic value, 40Cr is likely a strong fit for your needs.

Why Choose Us

Consistent Quality

Common issues you may concern, such as surface defects, uneven hardness, and internal stress, can affect performance. We employ methods such as improved heat treatment, sandblasting, and acid pickling to ensure a flawless surface; optimized uniform heat treatment and annealing for consistent hardness; and controlled slow cooling, segmented cooling, and low-temperature tempering to release internal stress.

Consistent Quality
