Product Detail
S35C steel plate is a medium carbon steel that offers a good balance between strength and hardness. Compared to other grades in the same series, S35C has a moderate carbon content, which provides better machinability and toughness. While it has slightly lower strength compared to high carbon steels like S45C, it makes up for it with more stable machinability and toughness.
If you are looking for material that offers strength but does not require extremely high hardness, S35C is a suitable option. However, please note that S35C has relatively poor weldability, and additional treatment may be needed in corrosive environments.
