Product Detail
Q235 galvanized steel pipe, made from low-carbon Q235 steel, offers excellent plasticity, weldability, and structural stability. With a tensile strength of 370-500 MPa and a yield strength of at least 235 MPa, it’s well-suited for load-bearing applications.
The galvanization process—either hot dip or cold—adds a protective zinc layer. Hot dip involves immersion in molten zinc, forming a thick layer ideal for high-corrosion environments. Cold galvanization, meanwhile, applies a thinner zinc coating suited for drier conditions. This zinc layer provides long-term rust protection, often lasting decades in outdoor or humid environments.
Q235 galvanized pipes are lightweight and easy to weld, retaining stability post-welding, which simplifies installation and transportation.
