What is Q235B
Q235B is a variant of Q235 steel, sharing a similar composition but offering slightly enhanced properties. Like Q235, Q235B is composed of over 98% iron with small amounts of carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, and sulfur. Q235B is processed through hot rolling and is known for its improved weldability, plasticity, and ductility compared to the standard Q235.
