2. Processing process
- Shearing: Cut the steel into the shape you need through cold cutting.
- Stamping: Thanks to the excellent ductility of S250GD, it can be formed at room temperature, which is very suitable for diverse forming needs.
- Welding: S250GD supports spot welding and arc welding, and does not require preheating, which is convenient for construction and saves costs.
- Bending: We can cold bend, and the bending radius is consistent with the thickness of the steel to avoid cracking during processing.
- Stretch forming: can be stretched into complex shapes without breaking, suitable for projects with special forming requirements.
3. Post-processing

4. Heat treatment (optional)
