- Normalizing
- Not applicable.
- Reason: Not beneficial for 304H sheets, as they are made of austenitic stainless steel.
- Annealing
- Temperature: 1010°C to 1120°C (1850°F to 2050°F)
- Process: Heat and then rapidly cool in air or water.
- Quenching
- Not recommended.
- Reason: Can cause warping or cracking without benefits for 304H sheets.
- Tempering
- Not applicable.
- Reason: Unnecessary for 304H sheets as they do not undergo martensitic transformation.
