- Annealing:
- Temperature: 700°C to 800°C.
- Outcome: Relieves internal stress, restores ductility and toughness, especially useful after cold rolling.
- Pickling:
- Temperature: Room temperature or slightly higher.
- Outcome: Removes surface scale and impurities, improving surface quality.
