Installation and construction
When installing on buildings, home appliances or automotive parts, just fix it with suitable fasteners to protect the zinc layer from damage. Places like seams can be simply waterproofed to prevent water vapor from penetrating and causing rust. If bending is required, the bending radius should be kept at more than twice the thickness of the steel sheet so that the zinc layer is not easy to crack.
Processing tips
SGCC steel sheet is very suitable for spot welding and resistance welding. After welding, you can spray some anti-corrosion coating on the welding point to maintain durability. After cutting or punching, it is recommended to do a simple anti-rust treatment on the exposed edges so that the anti-corrosion effect can be more lasting.
Storage and protection
When storing, find a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture and direct sunlight.
